Personal Branding - well, found it difficult to understand when reading the blurb. I found it intimidating and confusing. Got the Systems Librarian to explain it to me (idiots guide) much easier!! she's a whizz at it.
Anyway my "Personnal Branding" describes my personality and reflect on myself by just reading my cpd23 thing 1.
Chose my background, it shows i'm calm and its not too busy, and because i love flowers and gardening.
I like the background to your blog. As well as looking like a lovely peaceful rose, the colour also (to me at least) suggests cake mixture being stirred round in a bowl - reflecting your blog title!
